High mechanical strength: graphite heating elements have high mechanical strength, and when the knitting temperature rises to 2600°C, its mechanical strength will be further enhanced
2. Good thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of graphite heating elements not only exceeds that of steel and iron. Aluminum and other metal materials, and as the temperature
increases, the thermal conductivity decreases. At a certain temperature, the graphite heating element is even in an adiabatic state, so it has heat insulation under high temperature conditions.
3.High temperature resistance: the melting point of graphite is 3850+=50°C, the boiling point is 4250°C, even if the ultra-high temperature arc burning, the weight loss is very small. The coefficient of thermal expansion is also very small. The strength of graphite increases with the increase of temperature, and at 2000°C, the strength of graphite is doubled.
4. Chemical stability: graphite has good chemical stability at room temperature, is not easy to react with other substances, can resist acid, alkali and organic solvent corrosion.

When the temperature changes rapidly, the coefficient of thermal expansion is small, so it has good thermal stability, and cracks will not occur in the change of temperature.
6. Uniform structure: graphite heating elements have stable performance and uniform structure, especially the main advantages of isostatic pressed graphite materials as heating elements to achieve the best stable distribution.
7. Electrical conductivity: the allowable surface composite value of the graphite heating element is very large, about 40-60W/cm³, generally using tubular or plate elements, because the resistivity of the graphite material is not much change in temperature, the design of the heating element can choose the appropriate transformer.
8 Long service life: Used at high temperatures, graphite heating elements have a longer service life than metal or ceramic heating elements.
